As this is end of the eighteenth week of an eighteen week training program, I’m publishing this brief post simply to close my training log. Next up is the race itself, the Monumental Marathon.
** 01-Nov-2017, 3.1 miles, 10.9 minutes per mile, on a treadmill. Just one short running session at target race pace, after some injury and illness in recent weeks, to convince myself that I can still run and that I might still have a chance to accomplish my monumental quest, conquering the marathon.
